Tissue Culture
Tissue Culture is the replication of live tissue from trees or plants that are superior and desirable. Each replication is identical to the mother tree. Redwood trees are very consistent in maintaining the genetic characteristics of the “Mother” tree. Variation or change in the seedling trees cannot match the superiority in growth, size, and wood quality.
